Focused on balance and coordination, smaller movements and easy to follow routines, you'll leave Zumba Gold feeling empowered and strong 💪 🙌🙌 Sessions can be fully adapted to suit YOU. Need a chair? Perfect. Want a little more oomph, or maybe a little less? Perfect! Need a break half way? Listen to your body! This is a total no pressure class with movements that have been specifically chosen to support a smaller range of motion and to support those who are quicker to fatigue, because everyone deserves the joy of Zumba 🫶✨️ 🪇 After we dance, Bingo at Club Evans RSL - Evans Head starts at 1pm, so lets find your village.
