Hello! I’m Steph, and first of all, I am so stoked you’re here!
I found my passion for health and fitness when my first baby turned one. I was in the trenches of postpartum life and quickly realised how much daily movement helped me feel stronger, happier and more like myself again. Over time I lost 25 kg, which was an incredible achievement, but what I gained along the way meant even more. I became stronger and more confident, found movement I genuinely enjoyed and formed friendships that made exercise feel fun, social and something I actually looked forward to.

For years, I wanted to help other people experience that same feeling and realise that fitness doesn’t have to be scary or feel like punishment. When my second baby was a few months old, I finally decided to back myself, get qualified and do what I could for whoever I could. That decision eventually became Villagefit.

Now, as well as running Villagefit classes, I get to work with people one on one through personal training. It means I can learn what you want to achieve, understand what may have held you back in the past and help you find an approach that suits your body, your goals and your actual life.
My goal isn’t just to push slim waists and big bums, but if that’s your goal, I am HERE for it! More than anything, I want to help people feel stronger, healthier and more confident in what their bodies can do. I want you to feel supported while you begin, proud when you notice yourself improving and excited when things that once felt impossible start feeling possible.
If we don’t move it, we lose it, and I would love to help you discover just how much you can gain from finding movement that feels right for you.
I hope to see you at a Villagefit class or work with you one on one soon!

Thanks for reading,
Steph xoxo
